A Sandcastle Documented Class Library

Computes the least significant bit of sum of two given bits. Used with Carry(QuantumComputer, RegisterRef, RegisterRef, RegisterRef, RegisterRef) to perform addition.

refTarget: Type: Quantum RegisterRef
The reference to qubit for storing the result.
