Register PhaseScale Method A Sandcastle Documented Class Library

Adds a global phase on the register's state. The operation is represented by the unitary matrix:

Parameters

gamma
Type: System Double
The phase that is added to the register's state.
target
Type: System Int32
The position of target qubit in register (0 indicates the Least Significant Bit).
control (Optional)
Type: System Nullable Int32 
Optional argument. If given, the method performs a controlled phase scale operation. This argument destribes the control qubit's position.
